Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping of products ordered is usually organised within 1-3 business days of placing the order.
Shipping is via NZ Post (tracked parcel post) or through Courier Post.
Shipping cost includes packaging. The shipping cost is

$10 per order where the largest item being shipped is no bigger than a mug or a honey pot including small and medium flowers;

$35 per order where the order includes bird baths or bird feeders, or other goods that are mounted on 900mm stainless steel rods.
International shipping is not included in the policy above. International shipping is available by arrangement only. Please contact us to discuss.
Return & Exchange Policy
Goods may be returned at the purchasers expense if they are unsuitable. Customers returning goods must pay for and organise shipping to Earth Art Pottery. A full refund will be given once the returned goods are received by Earth Art Pottery and are undamaged.
If goods are damaged during shipping please contact us to make arrangements for a replacement and to provide details of the damage.
